Our Mission

The mission of Ayers & Associates, Inc. is to assist clients in the fields of higher education and philanthropy with strategic program and leadership initiatives.

Our firm was founded on the belief that diversity enriches organizations and the assignments for which we have been engaged reflect our commitment to diversity. We have provided strategic consulting and executive search services to a broad range of institutions and leading foundations. Our college and university client base has included small, private, and special mission institutions to large, state, and Carnegie-classified research universities. We have been instrumental in developing critical programs for advancing the missions of our nation's historically black colleges and universities and assisting with the establishment of scholarship and grant programs targeting diverse audiences. Our firm has also identified many diverse executives to assume key leadership positions in various organizations.
